Sonja and I met when Ethan invited me out to the Kansas Bible Company concert at the Ore Dock. It was where I would meet a few of the InterVarsity people for the first time.
One of Sonja's legs is an inch and a half longer than the other, so one of shoes are custom made with a platform. I tried walking in the once, it was weird (and not just because her shoes were too small to begin with.)
All the times we would play Donkey Kong country together on the Super Nintendo. I've beaten that game so many times I can do all the levels with my eyes closed, and Sonja would get all excited if she made it to a checkpoint. In her defense, she is much better at the Wii version of Donkey Kong than I am.
Sonja, you really are a fun person to be around. Whether you're singing along to a song or telling a story, you're so full of positive energy, and it definitely effects those who are around you. I hope you'll continue to keep that positive attitude for years to come.
