Tim and I met at Pastor Pete De Rose's house. He was having a cookout at his house, and a large group of the IV kids went to a nearby park to play wood chips.
Honestly, I thought Tim was a big nerd when I met him. Even after getting to know him, my opinion hasn't changed. But Tim's the best kind of nerd. He knows it, and he's not ashamed about it one bit, just ask him.
This past Christmas break, Tim and I carpooled downstate together. Even though it was a long journey, Tim and I had wonderful conversations the whole way down, and we bonded even more despite already being pretty good friends with each other.
Tim, You're a kind, good hearted individual who I look up too a lot. I admire how you value what's important in life, something I need to work on a little more. You're the definition of an outstanding guy, and I hope you don't forget that.
